Birthday Girl

Today is this little princess’s birthday! She is ONE! Seeing tiny Charlee grow has been a blessing. She isn’t too much bigger then what she was as a newborn, honestly! haha. She is sooo little, she still wears size 2 diapers! When I first met her beautiful mommy, little Charlee was still in her belly! Shortly after that I got to come meet Charlee at the hospital, then again in my studio for her newborn session. Everytime I see her, I just smile sooo big! Gosh shes so darn cute!

 

I haven’t just had the privilege of watching Charlee grow but her amazing mommy also. She has went through a lot to better Charlee’s life as well as her own. She raises Charlee alone and shows Charlee everyday that whatever she sets her mind to, she can do! Sydnee’s strength is huge. She is determined and motivated at life. She makes her own mama very proud everyday! I am so proud of her! It isn’t easy, it’s actually really hard doing this alone….but you do it with love and a smile! You never stepped down to your responsibly but just added more to your plate!  You are an inspiration to so many, but most importantly to  sweet Charlee. She is so blessed to have you, you are all she needs. The way she looks at you is priceless. I can see her love in her eyes. She adores you more than you may ever know!

When we did this one year session, we did it at 6:30 am! They were up for that great lighting and of course I was thrilled! I got lucky because Charlee doesn’t like grass, there for she wouln’t leave the blanket! She was soooo smiley and as you can see her little teeth came in a little differently then most do! She has to be different of course!

We got to do a milk bath at the second half of the session, which I am obsessed with milk baths! They are so natural, calming, and fresh. We even got to use a little extra breast milk in the bath! Breast milk is so good for babies skin, makes it silky smooth!  I love that Sydnee has made it to a year nursing, so proud of her! It is a huge accomplishment! You are keeping that baby at her best health and that’s something to be grateful and thankful about! Way to go!

 

I am so happy I have built a friendship with Sydnee, and get to watch princess Charlee keep growing. Charlee has a great roll model in her life, she will go so far just like her mama! Her strength and love comes from you, she is so blessed, SO BLESSED! Keep sparkling, both of you! You guys shine so bright and I love seeing it!! I am so proud of you Sydnee, you are an amazing person and an even more amazing mommy!! I hope Charlee had a great day and that both of you have an even better year!!
