Micah & Galdino

This downtown Springfield Illinois engagement session with Micah and Galdino was a dream! I have worked with Micah multiple times from her sisters wedding and her senior session. Plus I know her family! I’d say Micah is an amazing balance of fierce and sweet. She knows who she is and I love that! So when she reached out and told me her and Galdino where getting married I had no doubt she knew exactly what she was doing! Galdino and Micahs energy with each other is calm, trusting, and so connected. They are literally best friends. I have only been around Galdino a couple times once I didn’t even realize till he told me who his brother was and I realized he was at his nieces session fishing one time. He has such an ease to him. I instantly felt comfortable around him which is a relaxing feeling! It’s easy to see why these two choose each other. They are a mirror image of each other yet still their own beings and they seem to be doing great at balancing that.

We went to two of my favorite places in Springfield Illinois for their engagement session. First was Washington park which has the most gorgeous florals and lushes greens! Then they walked up the 7 flights of stairs to my favorite parking garage! I know… parking garage?! YES! The view is amazing and looks like you are somewhere besides Springfield Illinois. They let me help with their outfits and they of course killed it! Two stunning humans in a stunning location… I mean how exciting for me!

I feel so much love towards Micah and Galdino and their choice to spend their life together! I’m beyond excited to celebrate with them later this year! I can’t thank you two enough for choosing me for your dream day! I’ll be eagerly waiting to celebrate your love!
