The Pillars event center; Anabelle & Drake

Talk about a dream… I knew that Anabelle and Drakes Wedding was going to be beautiful but I didn’t realize how beautiful till I walked in! Breathtaking! The Pillars event center in Taylorville Il is so perfect,  especially since it matched the wedding colors exactly! Pink and navy! Even the brindal room matched exact! It was amazing! 

When we arrived and finally got to meet the beautiful ladies in Anabelle’s wedding party, I felt like one of the girls. They were so welcoming and down to earth! I adored how great of bridesmaids they all were. Always making sure Anabelle was taken care of and didn’t have to worry about anything! It was really awesome to see such great friendships that you can tell will last a lifetime!

When the girls seen Anabelle the first time they ALL  cried! Even the “none” criers cried! Even I was about to cry! It was so special and a moment I personally will never forget!

Anabell looked like a princess. Which I mean her personality is like she just came right out of a Disney movie anyways! She is literally the sweetest thing! Her smile is contagious, really there is no way you are not smileing when you see her smile!!

Of course every princess deserves a prince and Drake is nothing short or a king! He wrote her the sweetest letter to make her wedding day even more special. He wanted to remind her how much he loved her even though he couldn’t see her just yet. He even added a little sparkle gift in! Just when I thought the gift giving was finished Anabelle pulled out a little something for her beautiful mother, Nancy. Nancy thought she would hold the tears off till the actuall ceromony but that didn’t last long! I loved seeing Anabelle and Nancy’s strong bound, they just got each other!

The day played out perfect, everything was on time. Nothing was ever rushed and everyone was relaxed! The handsome groomsmen and Drake were great. None of them were lacking the jokes and silliness, which always makes for a fun day! 

If Drake was nervous he sure fooled me! Now the excitement he couldn’t hide, he was smiling from ear to ear all morning! He couldn’t wait to marry the love of his life!

He was a stud in his Navy blue suit, blush bow tie, and cowboy boots! He was glowing just as bright as Anabelle! His face when he first seen his beautiful bride was priceless… and melted every heart in the room! Even a stranger could feel the love between these two. I’m not sure who was tearing up more, Drake or Anabelle’s Daddy! So so sweet!

The ceromony felt so serial, from the hanging  chandeliers to the gorgeous flowers it all just felt like we were in a movie. My favorite part was the way Drake and Anabelle prayed together. As if their was no one else in the room, just them and God. I loved seeing how God worked in them to make them the couple that they are! 

From the hotel to the reception I was amazed at how amazing this day was. I am so greatful to have been the one to capture so many memories that these two people will pass down!

Locust creek flower farm could have not made dreamer floral arrangements! She is a fantastic artist and brings brides dreams come true! Growing these flowers right on her farm JUST for Anabelle and Drakes wedding day! How awesome?!

So I have to through this little fun fact in here! This car was NOT part of the plan… we actually were just in a park taking the wedding photos and my second shooter, Ricki ( aka my sister) seen the amazing car coming, it just so happen to be navy blue… the wedding color. She stopped them as they were driving by and asked if we could use it to take photos! They were more than happy to let us! It is a beautiful car and we are so greatful to have had this opertunity to use it!!

The reception was SO much fun! The energy was crazy! Everyone was dancing, EVERYONE! Dj Neil had everyone up Grandma, grandpa, moms and dads… everyone! He did a fantastic job and played the best music! It was amazing! I’m a sucker for the first dances, husband & wife, daddy & daughter and Mommy & son, they get me every time! Probably because I love to dance so it just means a lot to me, I cry every time!

I know you two will sore in life with each other! I am so excited to see what the future holds for you together. Thank you again for having me and welcoming me and my crew in on your special day! It was beautiful just like you two!
