The Miller wedding at the Havisham house in Alto, IL was breathtaking! Jerri the owner is the sweetest host and was so accommodating and helpful! She has done a wonderful job making the Havisham House a beautiful wedding venue. I am so happy to have worked with her and I look forward to working with her again!
I have been counting down the days for Morgan and Zach’s wedding. I instantly connected with their down to earth, fun personalities last year at our first encounter over facetime. Their engagement session was nothing short of a dream and their wedding topped it! I don’t like to brag….but I’m just saying I have dream couples! I’m going to add in I also have dream families! Both Morgan and Zach’s families were the best! They were helpful, welcoming, and loving. It is easy to see where the bride and groom get it from.
I also have to brag on Morgan and her families/friends talent. You guys, Morgan, her mom Kathy and mother-in-law Crystal (and bridal party) put all of the flower arrangements together themselves! I am still in a
mazement at how incredible they did! Morgan says “If I ever leave my career we will have our own floral shop” and she definitely could! Morgan made and planned all the details of her wedding. From the adorable dinosaurs (just because they like dinosaurs) to the wax stamp setting chart. She did it all!
One (and there were many) of my favorite parts of the day was Morgan getting ready with her mom, Kathy. It brought so much love to my heart! Kathy couldn’t stop the tears from flooding in and it was the sweetest moment. I love that they were able to share this moment together! Kathy had a necklace made for Morgan. The necklace had of diamonds from her and Morgans grandma a rings! She also made a blue patch and sewed it under Morgans dress. It was simple and perfect!
We did four first looks and I am so happy we did! The first was with Zach’s mom Crystal, then Morgan’s brides maids/man, Morgan’s dad and of course Morgan and Zach. All of them were my favorite in their own way! There is just something magical about seeing the bride in her gown for the first time!
When Morgan and Zach where announced husband & wife and they walked down the aisle! Their smiles were so big! It made my heart so happy!!
I can’t thank you enough for including me in your dream wedding! It was nothing less than amazing! Morgan and Zach, I love the way you two look at each other, I can feel your connection. What you guys have created is so genuine. I hope you forever choose to create your happiness together. Cheers to you two!
