Mattie & Brock’s Surprise proposal

As if I wasn’t already excited when Mattie schedule her maternity session with me months ago, I got heart eyes (I looked just like the emoji I swear) when Brock messaged me right after about adding a surprise proposal during the session!!! I was obsessed and soooooo excited!!! I love seeing Brock and Mattie so happy with each other, and the icing on the cake seeing how happy Elsa is with Brock! They make an outstanding family and it brings me so much joy knowing they found each other!

I checked on Brock before the session and of course the nerves were hitting him! I couldn’t even imagine! I was so nervous that Mattie would suspect what was going to happen and I wanted her to be truly surprised, and she was! I asked Mattie if it was ok that my sister come along to do some behind the scenes stuff for my social media… needless to say it was actually to get it on video because I knew I couldn’t do both! I didn’t lie though I did use it for my social media!! We did a couple of fun walking poses before hand and then I had her facing one directing twisting her dress back and forth (because I didn’t want her to get suspicious!). Then Brock took Elsa and got down on one knee and I had Mattie turn around. At first she thought I told him to do it, till she seen they were holding a ring! She was shocked and so happy!

The rest of the session was all smiles and Elsa even helped me take pictures with my phone, she took about 150 haha! She was the cutest following beside me pointing telling mon and dad what to do! She is going to be a great boss lady!

I am beyond excited for Brock and Mattie! I know they will have a life full of love, communication, intention and laughter!! Thank you Brock for trusting me with this incredible memory, and thank you Mattie for having me capture your beautiful pregnancy! I can’t wait to meet your sweet baby girl VERY soon!!!
