Gatlinburg Tennessee

Our family vacation last year was filled with so much fun! Last year we got to go with our best friends the Myers family to Tennessee! We feel so so so blessed to have friend who turned into family and now neighbors! We share kids, honestly! Lenora thinks she has three moms (me, bonus, and Krystal, lol), and I’m the “other mom” to her kids and I love them just like I love my June girl! We started our vacation off with Starbucks… we have 4 kids.. coffee first! Then went to the coolest castle park in Carbondale IL area. It had huge magical sculptures the kids (and us) got to climb on! When we got to Tennessee, we realized the hotel we booked was not what it looked like on the website…so e switched to a water park hotel and it was WORTH it, I highly recommend County Cascades Waterpark Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN! That was probably the kids favorite thing and we did a lot! We went to the Alpine roller-coaster which was scary (for me, not the kids & Kyle) and I think we all (not Krystal) road it twice! We went miniature golfing, were we learned kids only have an attention span for about 4 holes…. We went to Parrot Mountain and wow, what an experience! We gained so much knowledge, got to feed/hold the birds, and enjoyed the BEAUTY of the birds and the place! It was amazing! We went to the stores, where their were also rides for the kids and a super cool water fountain show! We went to Christmas Village and holy everything Christmas! It was beautiful and probably Kyles favorite! My favorite was Anakeesta, I felt like a little kid in a candy store with how much happiness I had! From the ride up on the sky lift, to the jungle gyms, to the breathtaking views! It made my soul happpppy! I am so grateful that I got to spend this time with people I love and I am so happy Lenora got to experience all these wonderful things with her best friends!
